Is that 2 ticks on my dog?

They are two seperate bugs. The one that is big and bloated has just been there longer than the smaller one. I dont know much about tick mating behavior, but I kind of doubt that's what is going on when you find two in the same spot. Or maybe it is----I dont know. I would think the smaller one has buried his head in a spot that he found to be easier to access since the other tick has already started the hole. When a tick is fully engorged, it will drop off on it's own but can not crawl away at that point because it's legs are too small to support the new body size. So it lays it's eggs right where it lands. Illnesses caused by ticks can kill your dog and give you a lifelong disease, so why risk it by not medicating your dog? All it takes is a few squirts of Frontline Plus on your dogs shoulders each month and the problem is solved.

Not getting what i payed for at the car dealership?

I recently bought a new Toyota car from a dealership. I wanted some type of security for my car so I asked them if the car came with any basic type of anti-theft system (ie. gl breakage senor, engine immobilizing system). Of course they lied (car had an engine immobilizing system) and said the car came with nothing. I asked them give me a security system for the car and they charged me $500 for it. After all paper work is done and signed, I call in their parts service to schedule an appointment to have the security system installed. Then, I find out from the parts service guy that the security system they are going to install isn't even a genuine Toyota system. It's some crappy aftermarket system that I've never heard of. I told them that I thought it was going to be an OEM Toyota security system like the ones they had in the brochure, but they told me no and said theres no refund or exchanges because I've already signed the paper. What can I do? Is this fraud? False advertisement?

I've had a throat infection for a week now, and it wont go away! My tonsils are SWOLLEN and painfull!?

It started on Tue. night, so I started on Amoxicillin. The next morning it was worse, so I kept taking the Amox. to see if it would get better, but it didnt, so I went to the doctor, told him this, and he perscribed something else, convinved that the infection was strep. However, Ive had these before, and they werent strep. This time around theyre a lot worse, though. Now Ive been on azythromycin for 4 days, and it just spread to the other side of my throat (at first it was only on my left side). NO signs of getting better. WHAT can it possibly be?

But your content is lacking. How many rappers/mc's have you every heard talk about how much everybody doubted them or "look at me now" or how much of a baller they are. My opinion is, your good, but try to focus on something other than yourself...try something different for a change. Entertainers that focus on themselves or "their struggles" usually don't last very long, because there is such a long list of rappers that follow that trend. I'm just saying, you're good, but try to change up the content. Give us something different. Something new.

Roberts is a good guy to have then with i think 50 Sb's last year. But other than that your batters look great. Try getting a decent replacement for lackey (like rich hill or even john leiber who has under a 1.5 era this Spring training) And bob howry needs to go. I just recently installed an Nintendo 64 emulator on my toshiba laptop. I start playing it and it is all fine until about a couple of minutes the emulation stops and the screen turns black. Then a notice pops up sayings my drivers stopped working and has been fixed. Still I have to open the rom again and start playing another game. Important things are, my video card is weak it is an Intel GMA 950 but still plays the roms well. And my laptop's OS is Windows Vista Premium.

But evolution has contemporary evidence that suggests an alternative explanation other than the one proposed by creationism. this however doesn't mean we know for sure 100% that evolution is the right one, because all these evidences are merely suggestive. we can be say 99.99% sure that evolution is right, but there is still this 0.01% that creationism is true. Air conditioning+baby= always sick :(?

I use to keep my air on 75 but ever since I had my girls I keep it on 77-78. During the day my 20m old is fine. No cough or boogies. But EVERY morning she wakes up soooooo congested (chest) she goes to sleep with socks, pants, and long sleeve pjs and I cover her with her blanket but she does not like it and ALWAYS kicks it off n she tends to sweat a lot just like her dad (even when its cold) now my question is why does she wake up congested every morning and gets sick at night? 77 isn't too low. I'm getting tired of it bc she's always getting sick and well I blame the air bc its at night. The air vent throws the air in every part of the room so I can't move her bed and I cover her but she takes it off. Even after she falls asleep n it I put the air higher its too hot. I don't think 77 is too cold. I don't use covers either and if I do its the thin sheets and just to cover myself so people won't see me in pjs.

It's my birthday in a few days, and I'm trying to get my parents to save money and not spend a lot on me. I realized a couple of days ago that my parents, my brother and I have never seen a movie together in a theater as a family. My German Shepherd, Fleas, and a Nasty Tapeworm?

Ok, so my puppy Marshall whom is 15 weeks has had diarea all day long and I saw a tapeworm come out of his poop today. I am taking him to the vet in the morning because I am concerned about his well being. But anyways, I have heard that tapeworms come from ingesting fleas and the fleas hatching or something in the intestine. The thing is he doesn't have flees, I give him the topical treatment advantix and I bathe him every other week at Petco. I work there as a bather/groomer's istant so I can give him free baths. I use their flea and tick shampoo every time but I honestly have never seen a flea on him. I have looked on him several occasions just in case. And he is an inside dog so if he did have fleas it wouldn't be very many. Do any of you have any suggestions?

Infants with Milk Protein Allergies?? Does Anybody Know about this??? Also has anybodys baby been this sick?

Wow, I am sure they have run all the blood tests on him to look for an immune problem right? Milk Protein Allergy isn't cured it is treated by not exposing to dairy. You have to really watch what they eat or drink for the rest of their lives in some cases. Sometimes a child may outgrow it as they get older sometimes they won't. It can be scary. My 15 month old is having more blood work done and an MRI because he has had diarrhea so much that they think it has turned into a vitamin deficiency now and he has stopped gaining weight. It is scary. He was fullterm, I was induced at 39 wks. He was over 8 lbs and other than jaundice he had no problems. Never had a solid bowel movement, was fed for 12 1/2 months with formula only in the beginning for the jaundice and towards the end he had some when he would go to his dads. Since I stopped feeding he has gotten really sick and now he is on lactose free milk only and I have to watch everything he eats and drinks to watch for allergic reactions. Food allergies can do a lot of damage in someone so young. The things you describe do sound like it would require maybe a GI specialist and allergy specialist. Ask your pediatrician for a referral for him.

Hey guys, I basically have a "salon" in a couple of hours (Salon's in the enlightenment where philosophers and other thinkers gathered to discuss their ideas in secret) In AP euro we are pretty much recreating one. We have a "mingling hour" and a discussion hour. I am going to be Napoleon bonaparte.. I have been trying to get a giste of the roll but would like some advice. Most of the other famous artists/ monarchs/ philosophers/ scientists/ musicians/ etc. will be played at this recreation of a salon. So for the mingling hour, we have to pick out people we would like to talk to and stay in our roles and have a conversation w/ them on our views of religion, government,human nature, and problems with society. Influential philosophers like voltaire and montesque are people I was thinking about mingling with, as well as enlightened monarchs such as Joseph II. So firstly, I am asking for some advice on who to "mingle with" and what to discuss with them. Next we have the discussion period where we are put into groups and we discuss views on what I stated above except now in small groups. Finally, we discuss tradition vs. progress and our views on both and which one we support. Hey, i had the jab in November i think, iv got asthma. i think iv got swine flu, earlier i thought i had tonsilitus again as i had it a month ago but this doesnt feel like tonsilitus. I want my in-laws out of my personal business?

I love my husband very much but I cannot stand his family. They are completely different people from my family. My family is very good about respecting privacy and minding their own business and not "judging" others. My husband's family is quite the opposite. Your business is literally the "entire" families business and they seem to really make an effort to get everybody involved even if you ask them not to. I can't stand it anymore and I have asked my mother-in-law repeated times to respect my business and she just doesn't seem to get the hint. She thinks it is okay if she tells her husband and other son and her sister but doesnt realize that they are just like her and tell others and before you know it, the whole family knows. They are very judgmental people too. I feel like I have a love/hate relationship with his family. I feel like I am always on trial with his family and I am tired of it. My family never treats my husband that way and is nothing but respectful to him and his personal life. I don't know what to do. Should I just withdrawl myself from his family and stop talking to them? I cannot carry a personal conversation with anyone in his family because they gossip with each other too much. I hate going to see them and I hate it when they come to see us. I can't stand being around them. I feel they are such hypocrites too. They will be all nice to you and then turn around and gossip about you with everyone else. They seem to forget that they are imperfect people as well. I can't talk to my husband about it because he is always on the defensive if I talk about how much his family bothers me and he thinks I read too much into stuff but that is because he is not personally going through it. I am always so uncomfortable around his family and am constantly wondering what they think about me and it makes the whole situation just awkward. How should I handle this?

Wii Rock Band 2 guitar not registering notes?

I've recently acquired Rock Band 2 for the Wii. I've been playing the guitar on a medium difficulty setting, and it seems like something is really wrong with the controller properly registering notes. I am a musician in real life, and was in band through school for 8 years.....so I would think I could hit a note/notes accurately on time....however, a lot of my notes don't seem to be registering in the game. My battery tester shows the batteries seem to be ok.....and I have tried auto calibration.....I am using a regular og TV though. Is there something else possibly going on? I can't suck that bad having the musical background I do.

Is Paula Abdul's dishevelled behavior due to pain killers for her chronic pain or from drugs or alcohol?

I was watching interviews with her from years ago and she seems like a complete different person now. In some of her recent appearances she has slurred words, couldn't keep balance while sitting, and generally appeared to be under influence of some sort of drug. I've heard that she suffers from chronic pain due to an injured back, but many people take meds for pain and don't end up so dishevelled. Do you think she has a drinking or a drug problem? I have nothing against her as a person, she actually seems like one of the nicer celebrities out there, but I'm just curious why she is so different now as opposed to just several years ago.
