Is there no proof for evolution? Is there scanty evidence instead that could equally apply to creationism?

there is more *suggestive evidence for evolution than creationism. basically all creationism has is historical doents + the Bible. But evolution has contemporary evidence that suggests an alternative explanation other than the one proposed by creationism. this however doesn't mean we know for sure 100% that evolution is the right one, because all these evidences are merely suggestive. we can be say 99.99% sure that evolution is right, but there is still this 0.01% that creationism is true. (just an example)
