Help with my laptop drivers!!!?

I just recently installed an Nintendo 64 emulator on my toshiba laptop. I start playing it and it is all fine until about a couple of minutes the emulation stops and the screen turns black. Then a notice pops up sayings my drivers stopped working and has been fixed. Still I have to open the rom again and start playing another game. Important things are, my video card is weak it is an Intel GMA 950 but still plays the roms well. And my laptop's OS is Windows Vista Premium.
