Can A guy honestly regret breaking up with u?

I was just wonderin can a guy ever regret breaking up with u? Have u ever wrote a note 2 ur gf breaking up with her (which is how mine broke up wit me) but the weird part is on the back of the note in the top left corner he put my name and I love you. so im confused it wasnt random breaking up with me i kinda figured it would happen one of us would either do it. its just this week that made me start thinkin it would happen. cuz tuesday morning i was walkin into my school and i looked over and cuz it was dark i kinda glared at him and walked away and from then through friday when i was hanging with my friends and his friends in the middle of the school we looked over at each other but never rly said anything. my friend is in one of his cles and im startin 2 think shes had something 2 do with it cuz she has a big mouth and she prob told him stuff but idk she even told me she kinda feels like she made him do it but idk. the point is y would he say my name then i love you on the back and could guys ever regret breakin up with u.?
