Are these n'hood streetcorner "memorials" with all the candles and teddy bears getting out of hand in the city?

I see where you're coming from dude... people really need to realize there's a fine line between honoring the person and just playing into the whole "oh well, another nigg4 dead" mentality. Kids are very impressionable and even though people think they might be thinking "Aww I don't wanna end up like that!" they could be just settling inside themselves that they're GONNA end up like that. Dude you are deep... what you say is so true.
