Window security update problem.?

I got security upsate for Microwsoft Visual C++2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Pakage (KB2538242). i installed it and it reappear again. I kept installing it and it keep comming again. After 4th time i restart my computer and it came again. every times it says updates were successfull installed. i don't know what to do?
