I was giving some advent bottles they are in good conditions but i have brought new teats!?

Will this be ok? I have also brought a new sterliser. So using bottles that are not quite new but new teats and sterliser will this be ok as i would of thought so. I am a single mum with 3 other children on a low incomes. I cant feed.
