Computer Wont Turn On. Blue Screen Of Death? Stop: 0x000000CE HELP PLEASE!!?

I'm not 100% sure of the problem cause there could be many problems unless a person is there to determine the problem of your desktop. Usually, when I see the blue screen of death is because of a RAM error. Had this happen at school and we replaced the RAM and it worked like new again. Hope this helps and good luck!
