If someone wants to be christian what is the right denomination?

because all the christians who are evangelicals say any church where christ is preached and they follow the Bible.. a lot of churches follow the Bible and Christ but each church interpret the Bible in a different way.. maybe all have in something in common but there are some details like sabbath or another thing.. I forgot.
