How to do these tricks on a trampoline?

for an ariel that's a no handed cart wheel right? well if it is try to jump high enough on the tramp like get enough air and do what you do to your hand for a one handed cart wheel but do it with both hands(did that make sense just hold your hands together) and rotate your legs and stuff. but you always want to have a spotter just in case you get hurt.
