We have liberated Iraq, Koweit. Why don't they help us by increase oil production? it's not fair ?

Kuwait used to be part of Iraq until the British divided it up..Not sure anyone consulted Iraq about that.....Liberation is in the eye of the beholder......You can't increase oil production in an unstable govt situation....Capitalism REQUIRES stability.....Iraq + opposite of stable right now...
