How come im always bored and lonely?

Im 10 and im on winter vacation at school for beginning of vacation i was normal now im always lonely and bored. My parents are divorced and im with my mom my 2 sisters are with my dad with our dog. Im only at the house where the rest of my family is when my mom works and my mom is on vacation and i wont be at the house til sunday i just starting missing them a couple days ago i almost cry because i miss them. And my mom is always in her room texting and having friends over and going out that makes me more lonely. Whenever im lonely and bored my stomich fells weird where my heart is it even feels weird now why is it doing that? What can i do to stop being bored and lonely and sad this is torture please help me!
