Is it true that Satanists needs to kill somone to get a higher rank in their church?

No that's not true and high priest and priestess's only get their "ranks" from knowledge, experience, relationship with Satan, and bio-electricity level. I'm talking about Spiritual Satanism not Traditional Satanism.
