Car idles rough upon start, acceleration is poor and rocks car?

Recently the car idles rough when i tart it after it has been sitting all night. When I accelerate it does so slowly and if i force it to go faster the car rocks back and forth, if i force it through that stage it misfires. It is as if i have a vacuum leak but i cannot find any. CEL code says both banks run lean. 2003 Hyundai V6 GT Injen SRI no leaks on the intake i was thinking bad pcv valve? Help please and thanks
