getting a TAh means that they are opening your abdomen.. out GIT will not work normally after a couple of days to weeks. any general surgery procedures are always have the feelings that you have.. so dont worry. our GUT on the other hand, since you had a total abdominal hysterectomy, will be affected. specially your bladder, or your urethra.. and exercise your tummy once in a while inorder for the stitches to heal more faster.. pain management is the only way to cure the pains for now. but in a couple of weeks, you will be as good as new.. how old are you anyway? why had a TAH? is it myoma? or carcinoma?
